Agreement to Our Legal Terms
We are Beyond Admit ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), a company registered in United States. We operate the website http://www.beyondadmit.com (the "Site"), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the "Legal Terms") (collectively, the "Services").
Beyond Admit Counseling offers personalized college admissions support. A Stanford student guides you through every step, from building your application strategy to essays and interviews.

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and Beyond Admit, concerning your access to and use of the Services. By accessing the Services, you agree to be bound by all of these Legal Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
The Services are intended for users who are at least 13 years old. Minors must have permission and supervision from a parent or guardian.
Parental Consent for Minors (Ages 13-17): If you are between 13 and 17 years old, you may only use our Services with the express consent and ongoing supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using our Services, your parent or legal guardian confirms they have reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf and will supervise your use of the Services. We may require written parental consent before providing services to minors.
1. Our Services
Beyond Admit provides college admissions consulting services, including but not limited to:
- Application strategy development
- Essay coaching and review
- Interview preparation
- General admissions guidance
The information provided is not intended for distribution or use where it would be illegal. You are responsible for compliance with local laws. The Services are not tailored to comply with industry-specific laws like HIPAA, FISMA, or GLBA.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
We own or license all intellectual property in the Services, including source code, content, trademarks, and logos ("Content" and "Marks"). These are protected by law worldwide and provided "AS IS" for your personal, non-commercial use. No copying, reproduction, or commercial use without permission. If permission is granted, you must credit us as owners.
3. User Representations & Responsibilities
By using the Services, you represent you have legal capacity, are not under 13 or are supervised if a minor, won't access by bot or unauthorized means, won't use it illegally, and comply with laws. If false information is provided, we may suspend or terminate your access.
Users also agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the confidentiality of their account information
- Use the services in accordance with applicable laws
- Respect intellectual property rights
4. Purchases and Payment
Accepted payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Stripe, Wire, Cryptocurrency. You must provide accurate payment info. Prices may change and sales tax may apply. We may refuse or limit any order.
Payment for services is due as agreed upon during consultation scheduling.
5. Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds.
6. Prohibited Activities
You may not use the Services for unauthorized commercial endeavors. Prohibited acts include data scraping, fraud, disabling security features, harassment, impersonation, uploading harmful material, automated use, unauthorized scripting, collecting user info for unsolicited communication, using Services to compete or make revenue without authorization, selling or transferring profiles, disrespectful behavior, sharing false info, using copyrighted material without permission, collecting or misusing personal data, or uploading viruses.
7. User Generated Contributions
If Contributions are made, you represent they do not violate any rights, are not unauthorized advertising, abusive, false, unlawful, or infringe privacy. You retain ownership but grant us license to use and share such feedback without compensation.
8. Guidelines for Reviews
Reviews must be based on firsthand experience, free from offensive or discriminatory language, false statements, or affiliated with competitors posting negative reviews. We may moderate reviews and hold rights to use content.
9. Third-Party Websites and Content
The Services may link to third-party websites or content not monitored or endorsed by us. You access these at your own risk and these Terms do not apply there. We disclaim liability for third-party transactions or content.
10. Privacy
We care about your data privacy. Refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information. Services are hosted in the United States. Data transferred to US may be subject to US laws. We do not knowingly solicit info from children under 13 and will delete data if found without parental consent.
11. Term and Termination
Legal Terms remain in effect while you use Services. We may terminate or deny access at our discretion for any reason, including breach. If terminated, you cannot create new accounts. We may pursue legal action.
12. Modifications and Interruptions
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through our website. We may change or remove content or Services without notice and are not liable for downtime or discontinuance. Maintenance and interruptions may occur.
13. Limitation of Liability
Beyond Admit provides guidance and support but cannot guarantee admission to any educational institution. Results may vary based on individual circumstances.
Services are provided "AS IS." We disclaim all warranties including accuracy or fitness for purpose. We are not liable for errors, injuries, unauthorized access, viruses, interruptions, or content inaccuracies. Third-party ads and links are not endorsed.
We and our agents are not liable for damages, lost profits, data loss, or other damages arising from your use. Liability is limited to the lesser of amount paid in the last three months or $500. Some state laws may provide additional rights.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, or losses arising from your use, breach of Terms or rights violations, including attorneys' fees.
15. Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Disputes should first be tried to resolve informally for 15 days. Unresolved disputes will be settled by binding arbitration under AAA rules in Santa Clara County, California. Arbitration is individual only; no class actions. Some disputes, including intellectual property enforcement and injunctive relief, are exempt. If arbitration fails, disputes go to state/federal courts in Santa Clara County, California.
16. User Data
You are responsible for the data you transmit or use. We maintain data backups but are not liable for data loss or corruption.
17. Electronic Communications
You consent to electronic communication, signatures, and records in connection with the Services.
